We are in an unfamiliar, chaotic and possibly confusing time as a society, we are all hoping this ends soon, but of course there is no deadline for the Covid-19.
Although there is a lot of uncertainty, I am even more grateful for my life, for my friends and family and for my online community. We are all helping one another get through this time.
We know the importance of physical and mental health even more now, we may be quarantined inside our homes, but we can keep ourselves healthy, mentally and physically through Earthing!
Earthing is free, easy fun and relaxing and so healing.

Earthing for 20 minutes and 5 minutes of guided meditation. I will introduce you to Doterra Essential oils and how you can enhance your healing and meditation through the oils. Scents play a strong role in our emotions, making them great tools for healing and reconnecting to our core.
Each day will have a journal prompt, you can write for as long or little as you would like.
Each day will include a positive affirmation to start or end your day.
Earthing gives us energy, but is also very calming making it a perfect exercise to do any time of the day.
So what is Earthing?
What is "Earthing"? Do you remember being a child and running barefoot through the grass or carelessly rolling around in the mud? If so, then you have "Earthed". Earthing is simply walking barefoot or holding dirt in your hands, to live a healthy and well balanced life we should Earth about 15 to 20 minutes a day. See the Earth gives off free electrons to pair with our free radicals (which steal electrons from our healthy cells and DNA). When we are sick or introduced to a harmful bacteria our bodies create free radicals, when we don't take in enough antioxidants we have left over free radicals, these free radicals are looking for electrons to balance them out which is why they attack your healthy cells and DNA. But if we Earth we are given FREE electrons to pair with our free radicals! Pretty amazing huh? Free radicals are the cause of inflammation which is one of the leading causes for asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and even lung cancer! So at no cost to you, you can help improve your health simply by walking barefoot!
